What is Tapestry Prints?

Tapestry Prints is a small independent photography business creating small, pocket-sized New York City photo sets and postcards (coming this summer!) inspired by the everyday feel of NYC.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders ship from New York City via USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable). Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no - orders are only shipped within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.

Are any of the prints full-size photographs?

No, the photo sets (and eventually the postcards) are intentionally small-format and designed to feel personal, collectible, and easy to display in small spaces. Product dimensions are listed in inches on product pages.

Will colors look exactly the same in person?

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing variations, but every set is reviewed before shipping.

Are the photo sets limited?

Some releases may be produced in small batches or limited quantities depending on availability and production runs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are produced in small quantities, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your tracking appears stuck or your package is significantly delayed, feel free to reach out and we’ll help however we can.

Are payments secure?

Yes, all payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. Tapestry Prints does not store your payment information.
