I live in New York City, and for me, it's not just home - it's a backyard full of images worth keeping. About two years ago this spring, I got a pocket camera and started carrying it with me everywhere - and something shifted. I started to really pay attention to where I lived. Having something small enough to always have on me made it easy to see New York in a whole new way, even after living here for a while. I'm drawn to the bridges, the different neighborhoods, catching the light at different hours, the details most people walk past without stopping. That's what Tapestry Prints is built on: a close, ongoing relationship with this place and a desire to make something lasting out of it.
